Yes! We welcome patients with virtually all PPO dental insurance plans. While we are not contracted (in-network) with insurance companies, most PPO plans still allow you to receive benefits when you visit our office.

Being out of network allows us to recommend the treatment that's best for your health — not what an insurance company is willing to cover.

At the time of your visit, payment is due for your treatment. We'll then submit your claim to your dental insurance company on your behalf.

Once your insurance processes the claim, they will send any eligible reimbursement directly to you based on your plan's out-of-network benefits.

Absolutely! We handle all claim submissions for you at no additional cost. Our team works to ensure your claim is submitted accurately and promptly, so you don't have to deal with the paperwork.

If your insurance company requests additional information, we'll help provide it whenever possible.

Most insurance companies process claims within 2 to 4 weeks, although timing can vary depending on your specific plan and insurance carrier.

Yes! Many of our patients choose to use financing to spread out the cost of treatment while waiting for their insurance reimbursement.

If you're approved, financing can help you begin treatment right away instead of delaying the care you need. Once your insurance reimbursement arrives, you can apply those funds toward your financing balance if you choose.

Yes! We offer several sedation options to help patients feel calm, comfortable, and relaxed during their dental treatment. Whether you experience dental anxiety, have a strong gag reflex, or are undergoing a longer procedure, we'll help you choose the option that's best for your needs.

We offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral conscious sedation, and IV sedation.

• Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) is a mild sedative that helps you relax during your appointment. It wears off quickly, and most patients are able to drive themselves home afterward.
• Oral conscious sedation involves taking a prescribed medication before your appointment to help you feel deeply relaxed while remaining awake and responsive. Because its effects last longer, you'll need a responsible adult to drive you to and from your appointment.
• IV sedation provides a deeper level of relaxation through medication administered intravenously. You'll remain in a sleep-like, deeply relaxed state throughout your procedure and likely remember very little afterward. A responsible adult will need to drive you to and from your appointment.

Not necessarily. With nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation, you'll remain awake but feel much more relaxed.

With IV sedation, many patients feel as though they slept through the procedure and have little or no memory of it afterward. While you aren't under general anesthesia, you'll be in a deeply relaxed state and closely monitored throughout your treatment.

Yes. Your safety is our highest priority. Before recommending sedation, we'll review your medical history, current medications, and overall health to determine which option is appropriate for you.

Patients receiving IV sedation are continuously monitored throughout their procedure by trained professionals to ensure their comfort and safety.

Sedation may be a great option if you:

• Experience dental anxiety or fear.
• Have difficulty getting numb.
• Have a sensitive gag reflex.
• Need extensive dental treatment.
• Have trouble sitting comfortably for longer appointments.

During your consultation, we'll discuss your concerns and recommend the sedation option that best fits your needs.

Your instructions will depend on the type of sedation you're receiving. If you're scheduled for oral conscious sedation or IV sedation, we'll provide detailed pre-operative instructions beforehand, including when to stop eating and drinking. Following these instructions is important for your safety and the success of your procedure.
