Owner dentist
Dr. Brodie Cook
D.M.D. · Owner
Dr. Brodie became the owner of Vibrant Dentistry in June 2026 with a vision of providing exceptional, patient-centered care. He inherited his standard of care from his father, who was also a dentist, and believes every patient should be treated the same way he would treat the people he loves.
His clinical interests include full-mouth rehabilitation, sleep and airway health, and natural cosmetic dentistry. Having personally experienced clenching, snoring, and fatigue, Dr. Brodie understands the impact these issues can have on overall health. That's why he has incorporated airway screening into every comprehensive exam, helping patients identify concerns that may otherwise go unnoticed.
Outside the office, Dr. Brodie enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children, making memories together every chance they get. He loves playing pickleball, coaching his daughters' flag football teams, tending to his small garden, experimenting with new recipes — especially sourdough baking — and serving in his church. He's also an avid college football fan who enjoys hiking and hunting whenever he can get outdoors.

Hygiene Team Lead
Crystal
RDH, BS, Certified Myofunctional Therapist
Crystal has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 19 years and graduated with honors from Northern Arizona University with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. She is also a Certified Myofunctional Therapist and has served on the Board of Directors for the American Academy of Clear Aligners since 2022—the only hygienist currently serving on the board.
A Mesa native, Crystal has been part of Vibrant Dentistry since the beginning. She is a familiar and trusted face to generations of patients and has helped carry the practice's culture and patient-centered care through its ownership transition. For many patients, Crystal is a big part of what makes Vibrant Dentistry feel like home.
Director of Practice Operations
Abier
Director of Practice Operations · Over 20 years in dentistry
With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, Abier is often the first friendly voice you'll hear when you call Vibrant Dentistry. She loves connecting with patients, answering questions, and helping everyone feel comfortable from their very first phone call.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, taking Pilates classes, and cooking. A fun fact about Abier is that she's double-jointed!

Holly
Director of Patient Experience · In dentistry since 2007
Holly has been working in dentistry since 2007 and has built a well-rounded career through roles in dental assisting, orthodontics, treatment coordinating, and office management. Her diverse experience allows her to support every aspect of the practice while helping create a smooth, welcoming experience for both patients and the team. She especially enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside of the office, Holly enjoys hiking, traveling, staying active, and spending time outdoors. She also loves creating content for social media, discovering new restaurants, and making memories with her family and friends.
A fun fact about Holly is that she took time away from dentistry to be a stay-at-home mom before returning to the profession. That experience gave her an even greater appreciation for connecting with people and serving others. She is passionate about helping every patient feel cared for, comfortable, and excited to be part of the Vibrant Dentistry family.

Hailey
Patient Care Coordinator
Hailey is new to the dental field, beginning her career this year, and has quickly discovered a passion for learning and growing in dentistry. Originally from Montana, Hailey recently moved to Arizona and has loved exploring everything the state has to offer. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of Arizona's beautiful scenery.
Insurance and Billing Specialist
Stefanie
Insurance and Billing Specialist · Six years with the practice
Stefanie has been a valued member of the Vibrant Dentistry team for the past six years. She began her journey in patient experience before transitioning into her current role as our Insurance and Billing Specialist. She enjoys learning every aspect of dentistry, especially the behind-the-scenes operations, and takes pride in helping patients navigate their insurance benefits while building meaningful connections with them.
Outside of work, Stefanie loves spending time with her husband and daughters, playing video games, experimenting with makeup, and listening to Taylor Swift. A fun fact about her is that she met her husband while playing Halo on Xbox, and Taylor Swift once liked one of her social media posts!
Clinical Team Lead
Valerie
Clinical Team Lead · In the field since 2009
Valerie has been a valued member of the dental field since 2009, bringing extensive experience in clinical care, front office administration, and practice management. While her well-rounded background allows her to excel in every aspect of the practice, her true passion is working alongside patients in the clinical setting. She loves helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their dental visits.
Outside of the office, Valerie enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events, exploring local hiking trails, and making lasting memories while traveling with her family. A fun fact about Valerie is that she can spend all day in the kitchen cooking.
A note on our legacy
Vibrant Dentistry was founded by Dr. Carl J. Metz, who served patients in Mesa for many years before the June ownership transition. We honor that legacy on our about page.
